We decided to use our @thebittertruthcompany bottle of Golden Falernum with notes of fresh ginger, vanilla, and almond to compliment the smokey peated scotch. I have to say this version was fantastic. And I would definitely sip on this as a nightcap.

Ingredients:
- Smokey Peated Scotch
- The Bitter Truth Golden Falernum
Instructions:
1. Pour ingredients into glass
2. Add Ice
3. stir till proper dilution ( 10-15 stirs
4. Express grapefruit slice over cocktail
5. Drop in the peel and enjoy
