"Hello friends! Tonight, I have my take on a coffee cocktail from a defunct California restaurant that my research tells me closed in 2008 or 2009 at its Santa Barbara location credited with inventing this drink. What originally called for Bailey's in a spin on an Irish Coffee, I substituted Amarula so I can work through that bottle before buying a different bottle of cream liqueur. I find Amarula to be a fine substitute for Bailey's, it is a little fruitier than Bailey's is and to me, tastes much smoother on the palate. When combined with Kahlúa and hot coffee, the result is divine, and makes for a great cooler weather drink, perfect for sipping by the fire with your feet up, cozy under a blanket, watching Hallmark movies. This was a very pleasant cocktail! Cheers!",
