"Fig and Blood Orangecello | Crafted Pour"

"When Dented Brick sent over their vodka to try, I knew I wanted to do more than mix up a single cocktail. The vodka is a great base to build from, crafted from grain neutral spirit and artesian spring water for a clean but unique taste of of the mountains. From that base I made a blood orange oleo and and used that to poach dried figs before adding the vodka to create a fig and blood orangecello. The vodka is clear and crisp but mineral water used in it brings some added dimension that you wouldn’t know you need but would miss if it wasn’t their( like bitters in a stirred cocktail ). This is great sipped on its own added to a cocktail like a Margarita in place of the Cointreau. Check it out and leave a comment about what cocktail you would mix up with it! Cheers 🤙", "undefined", "Fig and Blood Orangecello",
