Well this week happens to Bees Knees Week sponsored by @barrhillgin
The Bees Knees is a prohibition era sour cocktail that replaced the simple syrup for honey syrup.
The cocktail is a simple template, 2oz gin, 3/4oz honey syrup, 1oz lemon juice, so it bares the question..... how do we tikify this? All the ingredients fall within tiki cannon, but it's missing that tiki punch.
I found the solution by taking inspiration from another classic tiki cocktail that uses honey as one of it's base ingredients, Pearl Diver. ",
