The Bramble was named after the bush that blackberries grow on and was inspired by the fresh berries that the drink’s inventor, Dick Bradsell, used to pick as a child. (He also invented the espresso martini). This is a delicious summer drink. I added soda water to make a spritz version of this and it was even more refreshing. Ingredients: - Gin - Freshly squeezed lemon juice Instructions: Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a rocks glass. Fill 2/3 with crushed ice and stir. Drizzle the crème de mure from the top so it bleeds down into the drink. If in season, you can muddle 6 blackberries in the glass before adding the other ingredients. Add soda water. Garnish with mint sprig, lemon wheel, and a fresh blackberry. Refreshing,Fizzy,Light & Refreshing,Seasonal,Summer
