This drink works with a variety of liquors, but we decided to use Prospect Reserve Bourbon, courtesy of Two Eagles Distillery and Crafted Poir. This Bourbon is aged for 7 years, then finished in California wine barrels. It's incredibly smooth, and mixes classic Bourbon notes with a touch of fruit from the wine barrels. Ya, we got this bottle for free, but we genuinely love this Bourbon.

Ingredients:
- Two Eagles Prospect Reserve Whiskey
- BG Reynolds Rich Demerara Cocktail Syrup
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds.
3. Strain into glass and garnish.
For the apple puree: Peel and core one green apple, and blend until smooth. Alternatively, you can muddle the apple pieces until it's a smooth puree.
