Ingredients:
- Homemade Sour Mix
- Caramelized Pineapple Puree
Instructions:
Sour Mix: Lemon & Lime juice, agave nectar
Caramelized Pineapple Puree: blended pineapple simmered with pineapple juice, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar.
Rim old-fashioned glass with caramel and raw sugar. Shake all ingredients and dump with dirty rocks in old fashioned glass. Top with candied pineapple and more caramel.
