Ingredients: - Two Eagles Prospect Reserve Whiskey - Simple Syrup (Recipe) Instructions: S’Mores Old Fashioned 2 oz whiskey or rye 1 dash aromatic bitters 4 dashes cocoa bitters Scant 1/2 oz simple syrup Marshmallows Crushed graham crackers Gather some wood chips and your marshmallows and give it all a quick toast with your torch. Flip your glass over to smoke. Once well smoked, add simple and bitters to the glass. Add a large ice chunk and your whiskey/rye. Skewer your roasted mallows and rub a little gooey goodness where you drink from on the glass. Give the drink a good stir with your mallow skewer and dust with crushed grahams. Enjoy!
