Here is an Umeboshi and Green Chile martini with the delicious Iceberg Vodka made from icebergs harvested off of the coast of Newfoundland to make an award-winning spirit.
Ingredients:
- Iceberg Vodka
- Dry Vermouth
Instructions:
Coat the edges of the chilled glass with St George's Green Chile vodka.
Add 3 oz vodka, 1 oz vermouth, 1 umeboshi in a mixing glass with ice and stir well to chill. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
