Martinez Recipe is a classic recipe with lovely cherry notes.
Ingredients:
- C. Drouin Le Gin
- Sweet Vermouth
Instructions:
1. Chill the Coupe Glass with 50:50 ice mix.
2. Pour 30ML of Le Gin De Christian Drouin into the mixing glass.
3. Add 45ML of Sweet Vermouth.
4. Add 1 Bar Spoon of Maraschino Liqueur.
5. Add 2 dashes of Orange Bitters.
6. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
7. Stir with the bar spoon.
8. Empty your chilled Coupe glass.
9. Strain the mix into the chilled Coupe glass.
10. Garnish with the lemon Zest.
