RUM HAMMERED
Ingredients:
- Tiki Lovers Pineapple Rum
- Light Rum
Instructions:
Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into chilled glass with ice. Garnish with cherries, pineapple slice, and ham.
For ham-washed pineapple rum: Cook about 1/2 cup cubed ham on skillet. Remove and place in jar. Remove skillet from heat and add 1/2 cup pineapple rum to deglaze. Pour into jar.
Shake. Place in freezer and allow to infuse overnight. Double strain to remove ham and fat.
