Saw this recipe over at Anders Erickson’s YouTube channel after needing some inspiration for some new rum cocktails. Anders is using another Angostura rum, vermouth and homemade grenadine but this is a lovely combination nonetheless.
I am using a small dasher for the bitters so if you have a larger bottle you probably want to keep it down to two dashes.

Full name is The Queen’s Park Hotel Super Cocktail
Saw this recipe over at Anders Erickson’s YouTube channel after needing some inspiration for some new rum cocktails. Anders is using another Angostura rum, vermouth and homemade grenadine but this is a lovely combination nonetheless.
I am using a small dasher for the bitters so if you have a larger bottle you probably want to keep it down to two dashes.
Ingredients:
- Angostura 7yo Aged Rum
- Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
Instructions:
Mix all in a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Double staring and serve in a coupe. Do make a fancy lime twist garnish if the situation calls for that.
