What happens if you take a Jungle Bird and combine it with a Girabaldi?
My goal with this cocktail was to create an easy to drink, low abv cocktail perfect to sip before dinner on the holidays.
Ingredients:
- Campari
- Rich Cane Syrup
Instructions:
Combine everything but the pineapple juice in a shaking tin with cubed ice. Shake for 5-8 seconds. Add a large cube to a double old-fashioned glass. In a separate tin, froth the pineapple juice with a milk frother. Strain the first mixture over the large cube, top with the fluffy pineapple juice.
