Foynes Flip
By Logan Haining,
I love a good Irish Coffee but caffeine gives me the jitters so I don't ever drink it. I wanted to recreate this classic in a Flip so I could still enjoy one when I want. It turned out great! Tastes just like the real thing and the egg adds some nice creaminess.
The name is a shout out to Foynes Port, Ireland, where the drink was originally created during WWII.
