"Herbicide | Crafted Pour"

"I love off the beaten path ingredients for cocktails and utilizing a couple of the ones I recieved from Barefoot Botanicals in this cocktail was a fun and tasty experiment. I’d never heard of Ashwagandha before, but reading up on it there are apparently a ton of health benefits associated with it including memory and brain function. Too bad it’s certainly cancelled out by the booze. However, it does lend a slight earthy sweetness to the drink. The hemp bitters bring in some slightly floral but almost resinous (in a good way!) bitterness to an already complex flavor profile. Apart from the supporting cast, however, is the ever-intriguing Dill Aquavit, which leads the charge in herbal intensity. I find Dill brings almost a sweetness that balances these earthier tones extremely well; together, they combine to make a balanced lemon herb flavor blast that tastes deliciously different than your average cocktail", "undefined", "Herbicide",
