I pureed a single peach, added a splash of lemon juice, and a Teaspoon or so of sugar, and topped with a split of sparkling wine! Ingredients:
- Peach
- Sparkling Wine, Split
Instructions:
1. Puree peach in a blender with a small amount of ice, lemon juice, and sugar to taste.
2. Pour mixture into a wine glass.
3. Top with sparkling wine.
4. Stir gently.
