Other commercial brands I’ve tried, but even homemade, have a really strong almond flavour. But in a bad way—sharp, and almost medicinal. That ain’t the case here. Toasted nuttiness is delivered in all its natural glory, with none of the pugnacity that the alternatives have to offer. Housing this delicious delight is a mashup of a couple older tiki offerings—Trader Vic’s Fog Cutter, and Chartreuse’s little-known 70s signature cocktail known as “Swamp Water.” A beautiful duo of Newfoundland Distillery Co. spirits combine with green Chartreuse to provide the strong base of this earthy exotic, with classic tiki flavours bringing the weak, the sour, and the sweet.", "undefined", "Bog Cutter",
