Turns out he actually lives in another state, but we’ve been messaging about our creative endeavors and possibly collaborating. Anyway, a little while I posted a drink called “Poly Colada,” so today we have the: 🥥 “Piña Platonic” Serves 2: 4 oz light rum - I used this delicious bottle provided by @srdistilled 1.75 oz saffron syrup - @royalroseme 3 oz unsweetened coconut milk 2.5 oz pineapple juice 1 oz lime juice Since I just posted a frozen drink, I threw these ingredients in a tin with a bunch of ice and shook it up for a full minute. This is one of my favorite drinks I’ve ever made - the saffron and pineapple are a match made in heaven, unlike most of the relationships that form on Tinder. 🥥 I know the lovely owners of Shadow Ridge also have a black cat, so swipe to see a bonus picture of Archie in his tropical @madebycleo bow tie.
