I know a bunch of people who have met through dating sites and maintained a friendship afterwards, either with or without the romantic attempt happening first. A few weeks ago, I came across someone who wasn’t exactly my type, but their profile was really interesting and we have a bunch of things in common (e.g., he has a podcast about dating). 🥥 So I messaged and said I wasn’t looking to go on a date with him, but that he seemed really cool and I wanted to get together for coffee sometime. Turns out he actually lives in another state, but we’ve been messaging about our creative endeavors and possibly collaborating. Anyway, a little while I posted a drink called “Poly Colada,” so today we have the: 🥥 “Piña Platonic” Serves 2: 4 oz light rum - I used this delicious bottle provided by @srdistilled 1.75 oz saffron syrup - @royalroseme 3 oz unsweetened coconut milk 2.5 oz pineapple juice 1 oz lime juice Since I just posted a frozen drink, I threw these ingredients in a tin with a bunch of ice and shook it up for a full minute. This is one of my favorite drinks I’ve ever made - the saffron and pineapple are a match made in heaven, unlike most of the relationships that form on Tinder. 🥥 I know the lovely owners of Shadow Ridge also have a black cat, so swipe to see a bonus picture of Archie in his tropical @madebycleo bow tie. 4 oz light rum - I used this delicious bottle provided by @srdistilled
