Four Berry Fassionola Recipe:
•1 cup chopped pineapple
•1/2 cup chopped blackberries
•1/2 cup chopped blueberries
•1/2 cup raspberries
•1/2 cup chopped strawberries
•peel of 1 lemon
•peel of 1 orange
•approx 500g white sugar
•approx 150 ml passionfruit puree
Combine fruit and peels in a large bowl. Weigh it, and cover with an equal amount of sugar by weight. Stir to combine. Cover and let rest for up to 24 hours, stirring regularly, until all sugar has dissolved. Strain and measure the yield. Add 1/4 to 1/3 that amount of passionfruit puree and stir to combine before bottling.",

Ingredients:
- Aged Jamaican Rum
- Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an inside out umbrella speared through a blackberry and lemon wedge.
