"There’s not many ingredients that will give you this vibrant orange color but gochujang is one of them! Paired with a really awesome jackfruit seed orgeat that my good friend brilliantly created, fresh lemon juice, a dash of cucumber bitters and Old Harbor’s Southwestern Gin we have a brilliant, spicy, herbal and somehow still refreshing sip here! The cucumber bitters manage to shine underneath the spice here while the orgeat adds a silky mouthfeel to a wonderful cilantro and citrus forward gin and bright lemon. I loved how spicy even a small dose of gochujang made this drink, adding a peppery heat that pairs perfectly with the southerwestern botanicals of the spirit. Overall a really lovely drink that may seem geared toward summer but is totally refreshing in the beginning of autumn! Cheers!",
