"I made a batch of Matt Pietrek’s “analog” fassionola and it is so delicious. It was one ingredient I hadn’t tried before, but when I was almost out of passionfruit syrup, I decided it was time to give it a try.
I’ve tried a few delicious drinks using it so far, and wanted to try out a recipe of my own. The final result is packed with terrific fruit flavour while still giving the herbaceous gin room to shine.

Ingredients:
- London Dry Gin
- Red Fassionola
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin with 1 1/2 cups of roughly crushed ice. Flash blend, then open pour into a pilsner glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and pineapple fronds.
