"Coconut Margarita | Crafted Pour"

"The traditional Margarita has become one of the favourite cocktails in the household but some time ago I came across some recipe with coconut, Triple Sec and crushed ice if I recall correctly. After trying it out I started modifying it since I found it not exactly what I wanted. After some ratio adjustments and actually cut out the ice and triple sec - this is the end result; a less diluted and just a sturdy plain and simple coconut cocktail. Served the traditional Margarita a few weeks back but wanted to serve the coconut version to get some feedback and everyone just loved this one! Even though it’s way sweeter and some of the guests are not too keen on sweet cocktails this was proven it held up really well! ", "undefined", "Coconut Margarita",

Ingredients: - Tequila - Lime Juice Instructions: Muddle the coconut flakes and dry roast them. Moisten the rim of the glass and dip the glass in the roasted flakes to get that nice look and roasted coconut aroma. I use only the separated chunky parts of the coconut cream and not the actual coconut water. So basically just the cream :) You can't really overdose this stuff IMO! Mix all ingredients in a shaker, throw in a large ice cube and shake to chill it all. Strain, serve and enjoy! Coconut,Margarita
