"I love grapefruit, I love rum, I love maraschino, of *course* I love the Hemingway Daiquiri. El Dorado 3 year is one of my favorite rums for it. I'd say it’s what I usually use, but sometimes I forget to write what rum I use… and also until recently I've been completely out of this rum in particular. But now I have more and all is right with that particular section of my liquor cabinet. It's absolutely incorrect to say all is right with the world.
But at least it's a great drink!

- El Dorado 3yr White Rum
- Grapefruit Juice
Instructions:
Shake with ice until cold, strain into chilled coupe
