"Sake Martini | Crafted Pour"

"I was recently invited to be a part of an Elements of Taste event in which local bartenders and mixologists are paired with local chefs and given an element of taste to create a dish and accompanying cocktail centering around that taste. My chef partner and I have chosen to take an Asian theme with our Umami flavor. In researching and experimenting with different combinations, I came across this beauty by Difford’s Guide. I added a little saline to further bring out the sweetness of lychee soju (in place of lychee liquour) and allow the sake flavor to come a little more forward. I hope you enjoy it!", "undefined", "Sake Martini",
