"It's a Keefer | Crafted Pour"

"Pigeon River Tennessee Sour Mash is based on a whiskey mash bill that would have been common in the early days of Eastern Tennessee Whiskey. It is a small-batch whiskey from a high corn mash bill with a touch of malted barley. This fine sour mash whiskey is aged for a minimum of three years. It has a very distinct flavor that we really wanted to compliment in the drink. We decided to pair it with homemade Keefer lime leaf syrup, made from fresh leaves sent to us by @uscitrus , lemon juice squeezed from our garden, and some fresh vanilla bean extract. The flavor was incredible. It tasted like a key lime pie, a perfect blend of tart and sweet. This one turned out so good it's even going on our menu for others to enjoy. This also inspired the name, a little pun on the saying it's a keeper.", "undefined", "It's a Keefer",
