While their rum selection wasn't terrible, their craft cocktails featuring agave spirits was wayyy better.     I had also just watched Anders Erikson's video on his original, See No Evil.     Plus a lot of you always ask for non-rum based cocktails, so I wanted to create a cocktail that would highlight just the Mezcal.   I was out to dinner last night at a new spot that just opened up. While their rum selection wasn't terrible, their craft cocktails featuring agave spirits was wayyy better.     I had also just watched Anders Erikson's video on his original, See No Evil.     Plus a lot of you always ask for non-rum based cocktails, so I wanted to create a cocktail that would highlight just the Mezcal.   Ingredients: - Mezcal - BG Reynolds Gardenia Mix Instructions: Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with crushed ice.
