"This past week we made some coffee cocktails and variations on stream! I for one am a sucker for anything with coffee in it and I would be lying if I said I had a go-to liquor that I would spike my coffee with. IMHO, everything goes well in coffee (if something does NOT go well with coffee, somebody should tell me before I get hurt Lol) The final cocktail of the evening was found my scrolling through the 'Gram and stubbling upon something that I could whip up with the ingredients I had at my home bar (with a bit modification). I for one had never heard of an Espresso Martiki (let alone the word "Tadow"), but luckily there are folks out there who know things I don't so I have the opportunity to try something new and amazing every once in a while. Ingredients: - Coffee Liqueur - Cachaça Instructions: Combine all ingredients into shaker and give it a whirl! In place of the Cachaca, Syrup, and Banana combo, you could sub out for spiced banana rum if you have it available. Also, feel free to ditch the pineapple juice for some muddled pineapple wedges!
