Saw something similar on Reddit and made a riff based on what I like. It's a complex, big drink that has a lot of different things doing a lot of different things.
Plus, you get to light it on fire.
Ingredients:
- Aged Rum
- Bourbon
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake, strain into colling glass with crushed or pebble ice.
Garnish with dehydrated lime slice & cherry.
Using barspoon, pour high proof alcohol on top of lime slice and light on fire.

Notes:
Honey / Maple Syrup - For the 1oz total I do a split of 0.5oz of each. Warm the honey up a touch so it doesn't stick as badly.
Brown Sugar Vanilla Simple Syrup - Use brown sugar for the sugar portion. Add a 1/4th tsp of vanilla extract (or use vanilla beans)
