Ingredients: - Denizen Aged White Rum - Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur Instructions: This is a stirred espresso martini made more decadent with a Nocelino chocolate cream float. Typically, I use about 10 parts of heavy cream to 1 part sugar so here I went with 10 oz cream, .5 oz Nocelino & .5 oz vanilla brown sugar simple syrup. As far as the vanilla simple, you probably have a good idea of how to make this, but I basically just did a 1:1 simple syrup with brown sugar and added vanilla bean paste to taste. Take this mix and dry shake it until you have the creamy texture, strain once then good to go! I dusted cinnamon, cocoa, and cane sugar in equal parts on top of this cocktail.
