A twist on an "Archangel" incorporating San Miguel Southwestern Gin and the Italian Amaro, Aperol, a grapefruit flavored liqueur. Hence the Italian variant of Saint Michael the Archangel's name.
Ingredients:
- San Miguel Southwestern Gin
- Aperol
Instructions:
In a mixing glass add two slices of cucumber and lightly press with a muddle. Add Aperol, San Miguel Southwestern Gin, Lime Juice. Stir with ice until chilled. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
