"Pukka Pineapple and Mint | Crafted Pour"

"This drink is based off of a recipe by my favorite chef of all time— @jamieoliver in his book Happy Days with the Naked Chef 👨‍🍳 It was the first cook book I ever received (some 20+ years ago 🫣) and it has shaped me in so many ways. I used to watch his show religiously. I wanted to be him desperately in my tween years. Still to this day, I am watching, listening, learning. I use his TedTalk in my drama class to help teach expression in public speaking/performance. I buy all of his books because I know they will be full of more wonder. His website is bookmarked and his social media favorited. When I need a recipe, I always reach for Jamie. He’s still the best. His recipe for Pukka Pineapple with Bashed Up Mint Sugar has been a favorite in my household since I first opened that Happy Days all those years ago. My mom requests it whenever I come to visit. My kids request it whenever they see a pineapple 🍍 Ever since getting into the mixology world, my mom has been pushing for this drink. It’s been a while, but I finally got it right. Enjoy.", "undefined", "Pukka Pineapple and Mint",
