You can never go wrong with a Raspberry and Campari combo. I had originally used Cognac for a base but I found it was too subtle. A nice spicy Rye did the trick though, providing a good backbone for rich raspberries and vanilla syrup and bitter Campari
Ingredients:
- Raspberries
- Cask Strength Rye Whiskey
Instructions:
Muddle the raspberries in a shaker tin. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with the raspberries
