"El Aguila y Culebra | Crafted Pour"

"The inspiration for this drink came from the Port Royal recipe in Smugglers Cove. After making the jerk syrup for it my mind was really opened up to all the different flavours you can add to syrups using spices I love Latin foods and flavours so my mind instantly went to a Mexican Mole Syrup. I knew the combination of savoury, spicy, sweet and earthy flavours would pair nicely with some agave spirits It turned out better than I had hoped. This drink is nice and complex. The heat and smoke hits you right away, before mellowing out to some savoury thyme, cocoa and curry. Those potent flavours are balanced out by the sugar and lime.
