I paired it with some other off-island acquisitions for a lovely libation that’s definitely one of my favourites in a long time!

Ingredients:
- Blended Lightly Aged Rum
- Pot Still Aged Cachaça
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin. Blend for 5 seconds. Open pour into a tall glass and top with more ice if necessary. Top with freshly grated cinnamon and garnish with a mint sprig.
