It’s Autumn time and the leaves are starting to turn colors. I wanted to make a fall cocktail that was still bright and zesty while still bringing some of those typical fall flavors. I thought using some Limoncello would be prefect. So I picked up this bottle from Fabrizia Limoncello who import lemons from Italy to make this family made Limoncello.
Ingredients:
-
Tequila Blanco
-
Limoncello
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients and dry shake first before shaking with ice. Double strain into a cocktail coupe, garnish with a dried Lemon Wheel or Cinnamon Stick and enjoy!
You could use a cinnamon syrup instead of the ground cinnamon and simple syrup but I think the color and cinnamon flavor is much better more suiting this way.
