"Maple Mai Tai | Crafted Pour"

"Not the most revolutionary riff here, but an extremely delicious one that would’ve been a lot less special without a fantastic pair of east coast maple rums. There’s not a lot of Canadian orange liqueurs, if any, and certainly none I can get my hands on, so I used Dillon’s plum schnapps in place of curaçao. As with most of my curaçaoless Mai Tais, I used their orange bitters to reintroduce that missing piece. Happy Canada Day!
