Went down an Aperol rabbit hole to test some new recipes. While I’m not sure you can call something a Negroni without using Campari, watch me try. The Aperol provided the bitter, just not as much. The other twist, an equal part of fresh orange juice which transformed this cocktail further. Loved it (and thanks all for the bottles).
Ingredients:
- Aperol
- Sweet Vermouth
Instructions:
Shake and pour over ice, adding fresh orange slice.
Classics Riff,Spirit Forward
