First and foremost. Thank you, Maraska for the Nocelino Chocolate & Green Walnut Liqueur. This was truly a treat to work with.
This twist on a Brandy Alexnder gives way to the Maraska Nocelino's nuttiness and is reinforced with an Amontillado semi dry Sherry.
Ingredients:
- Cream
- Cognac
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except nutmeg into shaker with ice. Shake until outside of tin is cold and frosty.
Double strain into Coup.
Garnish with shaved fresh Nutmeg.
