There's lots of variations on this drink using coffee and cream liqueurs. However, at the end of the day, all you need is Whiskey, coffee, heavy cream and sugar.
Ideally, (In our humble opinion) your sugar should be a demerara sugar. BG Reynolds and Crafted Poir were kind enough to send us a bottle of their demerara syrup, which was absolutely perfect for this drink. Their syrup is rich, deep, and complex just like demerara sugar should be.

Ingredients:
- Irish Whiskey
- BG Reynolds Rich Demerara Cocktail Syrup
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in glass and top with whipped cream.
Add as much or as little Coffee as desired. usually between 4-6oz. athe right drink is the one you like :)
