We've had a few stretches of crazy hot days in Chicago lately. On the first one (that I actually spent in Chicago) I made this frozen, tiki adjacent espresso martini to keep cool. My insta is 20% coffee cocktails already (just guessing, didn't actually do the math) but I think this is my first frozen one.
Ingredients:
- Appleton Estate Rum
- Ampersand Cold Pressed Coffee Liqueur
Instructions:
mix liquids in a Ziploc bag and put in freezer at least 4 hours. add 150g ice and blend.
