Ingredients: - La Vieille Ferme Rosé - Green Chartreuse Instructions: Add to the bottom half of a shaker the mint leaves, strawberries, simple syrup and lime juice. Muddle the fruit and then add the chartreuse and a handful of ice. Shake well and strain into a champagne flute. Top off with the Rose’ and drop a currant into the glass. Note: For batch preparation of a dozen cocktails a blender works well. Add a package of fresh strawberries (washed and destemmed) along with a dozen mint leaves to a blender. Add 12 oz of Chartreuse, 12 oz of water, 6 oz of fresh squeezed lime juice, and ¾ oz of simple syrup. Pulse blend until the fruit is well shredded. Strain this mixture into a large pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour along with two bottles of your favorite sparkling Rose’. To serve your guests simply pour 2-3 oz of the chilled Chartreuse mixture into a champagne flute and top with the Rose’.
