The Jungle Bird is such an iconic and popular tiki cocktail.
I wanted to try and make a NA version, so that everyone can partake and enjoy the same flavor profiles.
The trick was finding a Campari like NA spirit, which I found in Wilderton Bittersweet.
Ingredients:
- Wilderton Bittersweet
- Demerara Gum Syrup
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with 8oz pebble ice. Whip shake for 5 seconds. Add 6oz of pebble ice to a chilled Collins glass (12oz). Open pour contents of shaking tin into glassware. Garnish with pineapple fronds. Serve with a straw.
