Tonight, I have a blended, splendid take on a cross between a Mimosa and a Bellini that uses peach schnapps (I used peach whiskey) and crushed ice (I used homemade frozen Prosecco cubes) with orange juice and sweetened lime juice for a very peachy, pleasant, velvety smooth drink that takes the edge off the week, where the weather is decidedly getting colder. Ingredients:
- Sparkling Wine
- Peach Whiskey
Instructions:
1. In blender, combine sparkling wine, peach schnapps, orange juice, and Rose's Lime Juice with ice.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a goblet.
