Ingredients:
- Lustau 'Peninsula' Palo Cortado Sherry
- Knappogue Castle 12 Year Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a cold mixing glass; fill with ice and stir for ~10 seconds; strain into a cold, ice-filled rocks glass; express orange zest and garnish. Enjoy!
