Ingredients:

- Haskap Liqueur
Instructions:
Add the egg white to a drink mixer tin and blend for 10 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend for an additional 5 seconds. Open pour into a pilsner or highball glass. Top with freshly grated cinnamon and a mint sprig. Serve with a straw and swizzle stick.
