This is the perfect drink for fall and winter parties; I used to make cranberry jelly from scratch for Thanksgiving, so this cocktail was inspired in part by that.

Ingredients:
- Citadelle Gin
- Dolin Blanc Vermouth
Instructions:
Combine gin, vermouth, simple, and bitters in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass and top with sparkling water (the brand I used was Kroger, but you can also use La Croix Cran Raspberry).
Garnish with sage sprig and a straw.
*For Cranberry Sage simple, use equal parts in weight of water, cranberries, sugar, and 4-5 fresh sage leaves in a pot (350 grams of each is a good-sized yield), cover and heat on stovetop until simmering. Let simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Cool and strain.
