Ok, last time I was in Philly, I went to one of those Christmas markets and loaded up on those cocktail bombs (basically a ball of flavor that you drop in something carbonated). They are fun, but my problem is that I bought so many that I am having issues determining which is which. These are the perils of being a budding mixologist. Anyway, from scent, I was able to identify the Pina Colada bomb, and well, off I went.
Ingredients:
- Dented Brick Craft Tequila Blanco
- Simple Syrup
Instructions:
Drop one Pina Colada cocktail bomb in 8 oz Sparkling Ice Coconut Pineapple. Set aside.

2 oz Dented Brick Tequila
1/2 oz Barsmith Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Clement Orange Liqueur

Shake and pour over ice. Top with as much as you want of the bomb/Sparkling Ice mixture and garnish with dried pineapple rings.
