Not quite ready to be back from a week in the Canadian Rockies, and way too apprehensive about starting my OB rotation tomorrow.
So here’s a refreshing sip I mixed up prior to vacation. Fingers crossed for flawlessly placed epidurals that work perfectly 😅.
The tamarind soda has such a unique flavor that would be difficult to substitute, but I’m sure this would be tasty with some ginger beer too.
Ingredients:
- Dented Brick Craft Rum
- Grapefruit Juice
Instructions:
Shake the rum, juice, amaro, and bitters with ice and strain into a glass with fresh ice. Top with the tamarind soda. Garnish with dried grapefruit and served with a straw.
