I used a sweeter cava a friend brought me but could definitely go more dry I am sure.

Ingredients:
- Aged Rum
- Lime Juice
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except the sparkling wine in a shaker with ice to chill. Top with the sparkling wine, garnish with some mint to get a nice scent.
Serve and enjoy!
