Ingredients:

Zero-Proof Whiskey

Hop-Infused Syrup
Instructions:
Add ingredients and ice to shaker. Shake and strain into chilled beer glass with large ice cubes. Top with club soda. Garnish with layer of beer foam.
Beer Foam: 0.5 oz lemon juice, 0.5 oz hop-infused syrup, 0.5 oz egg white, 1 oz apple juice, 0.5 oz club soda. Using an immersion blender, blend until foamy.
